FAQ’s about our Placement Service
What is your placement service?
Our placement service is a way of you finding the best private staff available within a set of strict criteria you set for us. It entails us starting a search by getting a good idea of what you want including: budget, hours and experience level we call this your search criteria. We will then pick out the best of the bunch from our pre-registered pool of candidates and some instances based on geographical location and availability applicants from advertising. We then introduce the best of the best to you for selection and finally an offer for the candidate of your choice.
What are the costs?
We charge a Placement or Temporary Placement fee dependent on the type of placement you need.
Placement Fee - Usually a percentage of the gross annual salary of the candidate.
Temporary Placement Fee - Usually a weekly fee for the duration of the term of the candidates employment with you.
Do I need to pay anything upfront?
No, Our service is without obligation and you do not have to pay a single penny until you have selected and have offered one of our candidates employment.
What if things don’t work out with my chosen candidate?
We recognise that sometimes things don’t always pan out the way we expect them to and that’s why we underwrite every permanent placement with a 16-Week-Guarntee, the longest in the industry. For any reason no questions asked we will replace your candidate free of charge within that 16 Week period.
