What is your placement service?

Our placement service offers you the best selection of private household staff. We start our search for you by getting a good idea of what you want, such as, your budget, hours needed, and experience level - we call this your search criteria. We will then pick out the best of the bunch from our pre-registered pool of candidates and run a bespoke search outside our candidate database to give you the best possible selection. We then introduce the best of the best for your choosing.

What are the costs?

We charge a Placement or Temporary Placement fee dependent on the type of placement you need.

Placement Fee - Usually a percentage of the gross annual salary of the candidate.

Temporary Placement Fee - Usually a weekly fee for the duration of the term of the candidate’s employment with you.

Do I need to pay anything upfront?

No, our service is without obligation and you do not have to pay a single penny until you have selected and have offered one of our candidates employment.

What if things don’t work out with my chosen candidate?

All of our placements are underwritten with a free replacement guarantee should you need it, as per our terms.

How can I trust your Candidates?

We understand the importance of our responsibilities as a recruitment agency that places private household staff in all types of homes around the world and that is why we have one of the most demanding and stringent referencing checks in the industry. Every candidate has undergone our multi-platform enhanced referencing check including: DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check showing any and all spent and unspent convictions, cautions, reprimands and final warnings, information held by local police that’s considered relevant to the role and whether the candidate is on the list of people barred from doing the role. We also check public records, social media, references, qualifications and identification.

Who is the employer?

In short you are, we act as a placement agency and introduce you to the perfect candidate. You are ultimately responsible for Payroll, Insurance and Registration for Taxes. However there are many payroll agencies that can help you with this such as StaffTax and NannyTax.

How can I pay my Invoice?

All our invoices are sent out upon offer and acceptance. You will receive a electronic invoice from where you can settle it online by credit/debit card we also accept bank transfer and payment by debit/credit card over the phone. We welcome all major cards including: VISA, MasterCard and American Express.
